Whilst it is possible to carry out or follow a manual backup regime that requires you to copy your data on a flash drive or DVD or in other cases an external hard drive, there are certain fundamentals which are difficult for you to get away from such as:

• You have to remember to carry out the back-up.
• The possibility exists your backup medium may not be dependable.  For example, after you have backed-up to CD/DVD you find out you cannot access any information from your CD/DVD
• Your backup gets destroyed - for example in a fire, or accidental deletion or you sat on the CD/DVD.  If you are backing up your data to the same PC/Server or on the same network, you run the risk of losing that data in a fire or other acts of God (flood, hurricane, lightning strike, etc.) or other unfortunate events like theft.

Utilising SITCA's advanced backup solution, your data is stored redundantly on military-level encrypted datawarehouses on multiple hard-drives specifically designed to be exceptionally reliable.  Some of he exceptional advanced features of SITCA's backup solution include:

• Restoring file versions up to 30 days old
• Ability to backup open and locked files (including Outlook .pst files)
• Ability to backup business critical servers, like Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft SQL Server
